SECURE ONLINE ACCESS:  All our owners and tenants have access to a secure online portal. The owner portal provides owners with 24/7 access to profit and loss statements, contributions and draws, and specific transactions we’ve made on behalf of the property. Balance sheets, income statements, and a number of other financial reports are available from any device as well. The online residence center allows tenants to pay rent online, view their payment history, set up recurring payments, and issue maintenance requests. 

TENANT SCREENING:  We carefully screen all tenants, and communicate fully to those tenants what is expected of them. Our thorough screening complies with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

MARKETING & ADVERTISING:  We have a full time marketing department to help keep rental units full.

MAINTENANCE:  Maintenance is a necessary expense in owning a rental property, and the return on investment can be significantly impacted without timely, cost-effective repairs and upkeep. When maintenance issues arise, we call upon our extensive network of contractors, vendors and in-house staff to handle repairs promptly and economically.
